Outfit On The Board

We’ve got a nice clean and classic outfit for you today which would go down a treat for a mild afternoon around town……..

In the hope of getting a bit more decent weather we’ve left a jacket out again this week and gone for just a shirt in the form of the Gant Rugger Oxford Check Shirt teamed up with a pair of Edwin ED55 Red Selvage Jeans which we thought an Andersons Woven Belt in Grey with Blue leather trim would sit nicely on. To finish this outfit off what better than a Classic pair of Sperry Topsider AO Deck Shoes in Tan for that ‘straight off the yacht’ look.

Maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but we like it and we’re sure some of you will!!!

New Anderson’s Belts and Armor-Lux

A couple of top notch European brands are today’s news so we’ll cut straight to the chase and not mess about……….

Anderson’s Belts as most of you know make top quality good honest belts in some amazing designs. As usual we’ve got some bright coloured woven styles for those who like a loud belt but if you’re a little more reserved and want something more discreet around your waist there’s a couple of plain colours and also a classy looking Tan Leather woven belt.

All Anderson’s Belts are made in Italy and are hand finished so like most the other things the Italians do they really are first class.

Moving from Italy to France now we’ve got Armor-Lux whose history goes back to 1938 when they first started making nautical clothing. Now 75 years later they are still making their clothes in Brittany unlike many other Breton manufacturers which makes Armor-Lux first choice if you’re looking for proper classic Breton stripes.

We’ve got a few T-Shirts in stock from Armor-Lux and obviously stripes are the theme, so it’s just a matter of which you prefer and then then choice of garlic or onions to go round your neck???

Outfit On The Board

With the decent weather we’ve had over the last few days we had to go for a Summery outfit this week that would go down a treat on a hot sunny day. To start is the YMC Stripe Pocket T Shirt in Sky which will sit pretty cool with a pair of Wood Wood Anton Shorts, what better choice of footwear than Spanish made Veras Santander Mesh Lace up Shoes, your feet won’t be sweaty in an airy pair of these. Keeping colour coordinated comes a Fjallraven Kanken in Ice Blue which is ideal to throw your laptop in and so you’re not late for anything a MWC G10BH Watch finishes the outfit off on a bright orange Nato strap.

We reckon as usual this decent weather won’t hang around too long so we’ll probably be back to jackets and denim on our next Outfit On The Board, enjoy the sunshine while it lasts…….

New MWC Watches and Alan Paine

We’ve got new gear from a couple of brands to tell you about this week one being watches and the other quality knitwear.

MWC or Military Watch Company if you prefer the full name has just landed here at Not Addicted and the name is a dead giveaway of what you’re dealing with. MWC watches are actual watches worn by military units and the police so as you can imagine they’re pretty well put together and hard wearing, but as well as being damn good watches the prices are bang on with our most expensive being less than 80 quid. We’ve got various styles and quite a few interchangeable NATO straps for them(we’re happy to swap straps so you can have the exact watch on the exact strap you want at no extra cost) so have a look and see what you think of MWC.

Next up it’s timeless British knitwear from Alan Paine and keeping it dead dead simple we’ve got one classic cotton crew neck knit in 4 great colours of which any would be perfect for these nice Spring evenings we’ve had this week. Just to make them even more appealing they’re only £55 a pop………..

That’s your lot for this week so we hope you all have a top weekend and we’ll be back in touch soon.
