1. Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges

Not Addicted can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website or by telephone or post. All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either credit cards, debit cards or Paypal. All transactions are completed on a secure server. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made.

2. Delivery Times

Not Addicted aims to despatch all orders placed before 4.30pm the same day and deliver in the United Kingdon within 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. However, there may be circumstances beyond Not Addicted's control which cause delay and in such circumstances Not Addicted will endeavour to deliver the goods with 7 days of the date the order was made.

3. Prices

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices shown are in GBP Sterling.

4. Not Addicted Warranties

Not Addicted is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

5. Availability of the Website and Goods

Not Addicted will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Not Addicted. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.

7. Returns and Exchange

All the items for sale on the Not Addictd site come from top quality brands and Not Addicted is confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you purchase.
The Not Addicted Store is happy to exchange, offer store credit or refund mail/web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchse within 14 days (21 on international orders) in a saleable condition with all swing tags attached.

The Not Addicted Store cannot accept responibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. In the event of a fault the goods may be returneed to the manufacturer. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then you should return them to us so that we can replace them. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All the information you provide to Not Addicted including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. Not Addicted acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
