Garbstore was created by Ian Paley who was one of the founder members of British brand One True Saxon. Prior to that he’d worked for Paul Smith Jeans, Red Ear, R.Newbold, Thomas Burberry and Levi Strauss so with brands like that along with Garbstore on his CV he must know a thing or two about the clothing industry.
Paley has always had a passion for vintage and casual clothing and there are clear references to this in all the pieces of clothing now produced by Garbstore and Ian likes to refer to this as Unfamiliar Vintage.
