We have extended our Returns Policy for Christmas and any items bought from November 21st 2011 for Christmas presents can be returned to us until January 9th 2012 for an exchange or refund(Items must be returned in the original condition complete with swing tags attached.)

Shipping

Not Addicted aims to despatch all orders placed before 4.30pm the same day*. For all orders within the U.K. Shipping is charged at £3.50 for first item and an additional £2.00 for each item thereafter, using either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Special delivery.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

* Based on item(s) being in stock and payment received. Please contact us for overseas shipping costs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days complete with the returns form which you will receive with the item. The garment must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund.

The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement.

Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty.

Faulty Returns

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please return the item(s) to us.
We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.
Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty.

All items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. Not Addicted can not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.
